The Domenick Group is owned by Italia (Lia) Domenick, an insurance professional in both personal and commercial lines areas of the insurance industry since 1994.

Lia started her career in the mail room of the second oldest property insurer in the United States located in Philadelphia. She was promoted to Claims Clerk until the company was sold to National Grange Mutual in 1996. From there, Lia went on to work for major insurers at USAA, Amica Mutual Insurance Company, and GEICO in positions of increasing responsibility in Claims. In 2006, she entered the business development side of the business in a Global Relationship Management role at AIG before becoming a Senior Commercial Lines Broker at a Cherry Hill, NJ Brokerage. Prior to purchasing the business, Lia served as a Vice President for North American Risk Services, a privately held Third Party Administrator.

Lia is a graduate of Kingsway Regional High School, Drexel University and LeBow College of Business in Philadelphia. She holds four (4) professional designations including the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) as well as Insurance Producer licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Accident & Health in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Florida. Lia also holds the FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 Securities Licenses.

In addition to mentoring and local volunteer work, she is a member of the CPCU Society of Philadelphia, The Legacy Club, The Marlton Business Association, The Burlington County Chamber of Commerce and The National Association of Women Business Owners. Lia resides in Ventnor, NJ with her family.

Sebastiana (Anna) Crane brings over 30 years of Sales, Marketing and extensive Leadership experience. She serves as Vice President of The Domenick Group.

Before joining the family business, Anna served as a District Manager for global and national brands such as Radio Shack, G&G/Rave, Hot Topic and Rue 21 leading teams of 250 employees.

Her passions are service to our clients, giving personalized insurance advice and leading our agency in community service through charity and giving back.

Anna has served as a Teacher and Catechist for St. Claire of Assisi in Swedesboro for over 8 years. She has also served on the Environmental Committee for St. Claire’s.

Anna has volunteered representing The Domenick Group at many charities and continues to plan events throughout the year. In her spare time, she loves to cook and garden.

Anna is a graduate of Kingsway Regional High School and Jean Madeline Institute. She is a licensed Insurance Producer in Property, Casualty, Life, Accident & Health in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware and specializes in personal and small business insurance needs.

She resides in Marlton with her husband, Stephen, their children and their dog, Rey.

Tara Fleming brings over a decade of experience in Management, Sales & Marketing to The Domenick Group in her role as Manager.

Living in South Jersey most of her life, she is intimately familiar with the areas we serve. Tara resides in Franklinville with her husband and their sons. Both Tara and her husband are active volunteers with the Franklinville Fire Department. Tara has volunteered representing The Domenick Group at many charities and is the main coordinator of charity and marketing events for the Agency.

Tara is a graduate of Delsea High School and is a licensed and appointed in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania as a practicing Insurance Producer for Property, Casualty, Life, Accident & Health.

Natasha Beverly

Natasha brings over a decade of experience in Management, Sales & Marketing to her role as Service Agent at The Domenick Group.

She first joined us in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant and was quickly sponsored on becoming an Agent,  She was promoted into a Service Agent role becoming appointed in  New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania as a Licensed Insurance Producer in Property & Casualty.

Natasha is a graduate of Paulsboro High School after which she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Rowan University.

She is a native of South Jersey and resides in Williamstown with her daughter. 

Sabrina Crane serves as a full time Licensed Agent for The Domenick Group but began working for the Agency at the age of 17 as a part-time Receptionist.

At age 18, she earned her New Jersey Producer Licenses for Property, Casualty, Life, Accident & Health and continued her work as a part time Agent throughout her college career. She is also licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Sabrina is a 2020 graduate of the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University, Honors Concentration. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Magna Cum Laude.

She served as a member of Theta Phi Alpha Sorority as the Secretary. Sabrina has and continues to volunteer at countless events and charities on behalf of The Domenick Group.

Sabrina is a native of South Jersey and resides in Marlton, NJ.

Deb Schneider 

Deborah (Deb) Schneider brings 39 years of experience as an insurance professional to The Domenick Group in her role as a Executive Assistant.

She is a native of Virginia and had a long-standing career as an Underwriter and Underwriting Manager at CNA in Chicago before moving to South Jersey 20 years ago. Deb has also worked for two national commercial insurance brokers bringing a well-rounded perspective to her role servicing our customers.

Deb holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Louisville. She is a licensed Insurance Producer in the State of New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania for Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health and Excess & Surplus Lines.

She is a lover of The Pine Barrens and The Chesapeake Bay and often volunteers her time for others in our community. Deb resides in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Christian (“CJ”) Johnson

CJ serves as an Administrative Professional for The Domenick Group.

He brings a decade of experience in the service industry to his role within the Agency.

CJ holds an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.

He is a currently a full-time student at Rowan University at Burlington County studying Business Administration.

CJ is a native of New Jersey and resides with his family in South Jersey.

Kristin Booth 

Kristin serves as a Licensed Service Agent for The Domenick Group.

She brings a decade of service experience to her role.

 Kristin holds an Associates of Liberal Arts Degree From Manor College and a Bachelors of Science in Business Leadership from The University of Delaware. Kristin is a licensed New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania Insurance Producer for Property and Casualty.

She is a native of Philadelphia and resides in South Jersey with her family.

Meet our team mascot, Rey!

She was born in 2020 and joined our family during the pandemic.

After two separate DNA tests, we confirmed that she is indeed a Labradoodle, but she sure she looks like a Brittany Spaniel.

In her spare time, Rey enjoys running and playing fetch and snuggles.
